Hicham Abdessamad currently holds roles as Chairman & CEO of Hitachi America, Ltd. and Corporate Officer for Hitachi, Ltd.
As Chairman & CEO of Hitachi America Ltd., Hicham’s responsibilities include leading Hitachi America in achieving its business growth objectives and delivering on Hitachi’s social innovation mission to provide social, economic and environmental value for our customers, partners and ecosystems. This includes ensuring all U.S.-based Hitachi group companies continue their growth trajectory across Hitachi’s key business sectors, including Digital, Sustainability, and Innovation. Other responsibilities include providing oversight as Hitachi Corporate Regional Head of Risk Management and supporting various Hitachi Group Corporate and strategic initiatives.
One of Hitachi America’s key growth areas is the Environment Business Division, with an emphasis on environmental and sustainability solutions. This division is focused on delivering a portfolio of transformational business solutions, leveraging Hitachi’s expertise in digital technology, energy, transportation and industrial capabilities while executing on a mission of powering good and driving meaningful business outcomes.
Hicham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Suffolk University, Massachusetts, and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, and the Executive Leadership Program at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Anthony Allard is Executive Vice President, Managing Director, United States and Head of Hitachi Energy’s business in North America. Allard was most recently CEO of BECIS, a leading energy-as-a-service-solution provider in Singapore.
He held several executive-level positions in the power sector, including General Manager and Board Member for GE Prolec Transformers. He was General Manager for the GE-XD High Voltage Products partnership and held strategy and operations management roles for Alstom Grid in North America and the Americas. Allard holds an MBA from Yale University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble, France.

Jonathan leads all marketing, brand and business development initiatives for Penske Corporation. In this role, Gibson also oversees communication processes and messaging, digital innovation and a number of short and long-term strategic initiatives within Penske Corporation and its subsidiary brands, Penske Automotive Group (PAG) and Penske Truck Leasing (PTL).
Gibson also oversees all marketing and communications initiatives for Team Penske, the motorsports division of Penske Corporation. Gibson joined Team Penske in 2007 as Vice President of Marketing and Communications leading the marketing, communications, branding and merchandising management teams, while maintaining responsibility for the team's revenue and executive relationships with corporate partners. He continues to help manage the relationships with 40+ Team Penske partners, including many of the world's biggest brands actively involved in the IndyCar Series, NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, IMSA SportsCar Series and Australian Supercars Championship. While at Team Penske, Gibson's marketing group won numerous awards for their creative marketing and social media campaigns.
Prior to joining the Penske organization, Gibson acquired years of progressive experience working with Miller Brewing Company, as well as two other premier marketing organizations. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and his graduate work from West Virginia University. In 2014, Gibson was recognized as one of "Sports Business Journal's" Forty Under 40, an influential class of young sports business executives who have impacted the industry.

Bill Combs is Vice President of Sustainability at Penske. He leads the organization’s environmental sustainability strategy and initiatives across its automotive, transportation and motorsports business units.

In his role, Bill focuses on scaling, monitoring and advancing the organization’s sustainability efforts by collaborating with established teams in key, strategic areas. His overall goal is to contribute to a healthy environment in the communities wherever Penske operates around the world.

Bill has been with the Penske organization since 2011. Prior to leading Penske’s sustainability efforts, Bill worked on vehicle connectivity, electrification, automation, and other emerging technologies for Penske Transportation Solutions.
